User Data Deletion Instructions

At Codigo Bro LLC, you are in control of your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of data you have shared with us through our website (codigobro.com), our contact forms, or our applications.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, send an email to info@codigobro.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address you used when contacting us or registering for our Services.
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted (for example, "all data associated with my email").

2. What Data Is Deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data you provided to us, including:

  • Your name and email address submitted through our contact or demo forms.
  • Your company or organization name and any project details included in your inquiries.
  • Any account-related data associated with your email in our SaaS products, where applicable.

Data that we are required to retain by law (for example, billing records for tax compliance) will be retained only for the legally required period and will not be used for any other purpose.

3. Response Time

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the email address from which the request was sent.

4. Removing App Access from Facebook

If you have connected with our app through Facebook, you can also remove its access directly from your Facebook settings:

  • Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
  • Find the Codigo Bro LLC app in the list.
  • Select Remove to revoke the app's access to your Facebook data.

Removing the app from Facebook revokes future access; to delete data already shared with us, please also send a deletion request as described above.
